Fuzzy Wuzzy was a bear

Fuzzy Wuzzy had no hair.
Fortunately, one day Fuzzy got pregnant and became the Fuzziest Wuzzy there ever was.

There are many things I will miss after I deliver this baby.
There are also many things I will (hopefully) send away until our next inevitable encounter.

- I am going to miss tummy play time. I realize I'll be able to play with an actual baby, but I like the fact that I don't have to do anything to entertain this little guy, and the movements he makes are probably just him scratching his nose. But that little arm movement brings me so much joy. Watching my tummy do the wave is absolutely hilarious. I will miss that.

- I will miss the rate at which my nails grow. I accidentally got my thumb nail caught in my seat belt (don't ask me how that even happens) and unfortunately the white part was torn off. I sadly clipped the rest of my nails to even them out. It only took a few days to get my talons back.

- I, unlike Fuzzy Wuzzy, will not miss the pregnant fuzz (gross, I know). My stomach will soon have more hair than the top of my husbands head. Apparently every time your skin stretches, eight thousand hairs are born. I have about eight trillion new friends growing on my belly. And let me tell you something... I am hot stuff. Your tan, chiseled abs got nothin on this large, fuzzy bump of mine. On the bright side, it's a light brown color. Darker than peach fuzz (boo), lighter than the hair my son will learn about when his voice starts cracking (yay for puberty).

I've embraced the fact that my stomach has changed. However, I am so ready to say sayonara to this oh-so-attractive hair that has inhabited my sweet belly. Here's to crossing our fingers that it hits the road once baby arrives.
